Administering an estate can be a lengthy and complex process involving gathering in information and documents, preparing accounts, and distributing the estate correctly. This can be particularly daunting at a time of bereavement, and mistakes can be made, particularly if there is no Will.

- Distributing the estate in accordance with the terms of the deceased’s Will or under the rules of intestacy where there is no Will.
